It was a big and complicated job dealing with many different issues that required precision and they delivered a precise and quality service. "Bernd came the day after I contacted them. He gave me an estimate immediately and told me how much tile to order. Terry actually drove to Emeryville to pick up the tile before it could be delivered. Terry and another man did the job (bathroom floor) in three days. They were on time, polite, careful and very clean. Terry had to come back two times to install my new toilet because he discovered that the first one I ordered arrived damaged. I recommend them highly. The floor looks great. They are very professional and give great customer service."

"We had Precision Tile do a custom bath and shower for us in Aptos, CA. Bernd was easy to work with and very helpful, working with my wife and I to find the best marble for our bathroom, even gave us advice about the fixtures. (we went with Grohe). The guy is very conscientious, and does excellent work, from the waterproofing under the custom shower pan, to the special treatment around the window. We had a custom pattern in the floor of the shower and every cut was exact and the job came out beautiful: two shower heads, custom inlay colored glass tiles, really nice! Even having to travel from Marin to Santa Cruz, he was prompt and within budget. I'd hire him again in a second, can't say enough good things about the company."

Included a custom tiled built-in shower, marble floors (little hexagons), and tile wainscot all the way around the room 4 feet high, with special trim pieces and accent pieces.
